Depending on the size and complexity of your organization it may range from 30 – 90 days.

Do you charge any on-boarding or special project fees?

No, our fixed flat rate fee is all you will pay.

What hours is the Help Desk available?

Our Help Desk is available 24 x 7.

How does your on-boarding process work?

Once we are engaged, we will install our management tools, perform a detailed assessment of your IT environment, introduce ourselves to your staff, and start documenting your network. These are the initial steps.

How long does it take for the Help desk to respond?

Our average response time is 60 minutes or less.

How long is the contract/agreement for?

Do you offer training for employees for any updated technology?

Yes, we offer extensive training for Microsoft products and solutions as well as security awareness training.

Will you be on-site full time?

No, we are not on-site full time, but we will be there as needed and on a routine onsite schedule.

Is your office local?

Yes, we are local to Southern California and we have a national network of offices and locations as well.

Will you be able to provide a report of services monthly or quarterly?

Yes, we conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with our clients and provide them with detailed reports on the state of their business.

Yes, we have offices nationwide and in or near major cities in the U.S. that can provide support.

Would we have mobile support included if we work remotely?
