Does your IT team go on-site?
Yes, we do. We go onsite for scheduled site visits, for service calls and quarterly business reviews.
Is your office local?
Yes, we are local to Southern California and we have a national network of offices and locations as well.
I am looking to expand my business out of state. Will IT Pros Management be able to continue to provide support out of state?
Yes, we have offices nationwide and in or near major cities in the U.S. that can provide support.
Would we have mobile support included if we work remotely?
Yes, if the device is under the support agreement, we will be able to support it.
I want an In-House IT Manager; can you help with that?
Yes, we provide all our clients with a Virtual CIO (Chief Information Office) as well as a fully functional and ready to go IT department.
2. Pricing & Contracts
Do you charge any on-boarding or special project fees?
No, our fixed flat rate fee is all you will pay.
How much are your services?
Our fixed rate services start at the following (depending on the complexity of your network):
- $45 per device (Windows or Macs)
- $75 per user
- $12 per mobile device
- $499 per location
- $399 per server
- $399 email support
- $99 network printers and multi-function copiers
- $399 backup
How long is the contract/agreement for?
Our contracts are for a term of 36 months.

How long is the onboarding process?
Depending on the size and complexity of your organization it may range from 30 – 90 days.
How does your on-boarding process work?
Once we are engaged, we will install our management tools, perform a detailed assessment of your IT environment, introduce ourselves to your staff, and start documenting your network. These are the initial steps.

What hours is the Help Desk available?
Our Help Desk is available 24 x 7.
How long does it take for the Help desk to respond?
Our average response time is 60 minutes or less.
Will I be speaking to a machine after hours?
No, our Help Desk support number is answered live.
What if an employee needs help during the weekend?
Weekend help is available since our Help Desk is 24 x 7.

You can call our 24×7 support desk and one of our technicians will be able to help you.
