Yes, if the device is under the support agreement, we will be able to support it.

Yes, we provide all our clients with a Virtual CIO (Chief Information Office) as well as a fully functional and ready to go IT department.

2. Pricing & Contracts

No, our fixed flat rate fee is all you will pay.

Our fixed rate services start at the following (depending on the complexity of your network):

  • $45 per device (Windows or Macs)
  • $75 per user
  • $12 per mobile device
  • $499 per location
  • $399 per server
  • $399 email support
  • $99 network printers and multi-function copiers
  • $399 backup

Our contracts are for a term of 36 months.

3. Onboarding

Depending on the size and complexity of your organization it may range from 30 – 90 days.

Once we are engaged, we will install our management tools, perform a detailed assessment of your IT environment, introduce ourselves to your staff, and start documenting your network. These are the initial steps.
